He started this over 15 years ago, now most seafood places (that are any good) have used the same methods. Its calamari, not squid, its battered (lightly) not crumbed, its tenderised, its so soft, so fresh, how do we do it, well…….? (Xenofonda, Owner/Operator @ Trident Queenscliff)
Trident continues to support local community groups, charities and sporting clubs through sponsorship and service. There is a wide range of fresh (All Australian) seafood on display, “the guys go to the market twice a week, and we have a few local professional fishing boats that bring us there catch also, so anything got to do with seafood we can supply it to you at the cheapest price on the peninsular, we fillet all our own fish here on the premises daily” (Ralph and Xenofonda, chefs/operators @ Queenscliff)
